Airtable
Connecting Novitora to an Airtable base is planned but not live yet, so there is no in-app conversion of attachment fields today. What works now: download the attachment from Airtable, convert it free at Novitora in your browser, then add the result back to the record.

Overview
We plan to connect Novitora to Airtable so you can convert files in attachment fields and export views without downloading them first. That connection is on the roadmap, so for now the steps are manual: download the attachment, convert it on Novitora, then upload the result back to the record. Novitora is free and needs no account. It converts documents, images, and spreadsheets across 156 formats, with files up to 100 MB each and up to 10 files per batch. Uploads use encrypted connections, processing runs in the EU (Frankfurt), and files are deleted within 2 hours. Want the direct Airtable connection when it ships? Ask on the contact page.
