A Novitora add-in for Microsoft 365 is planned but not live yet, so you cannot convert files from inside Office or SharePoint today. What works now: download the Word, Excel, or PowerPoint file, then convert it free at Novitora in your browser and save it back to OneDrive.

Overview
We plan to bring Novitora into Microsoft 365 through an add-in that reaches OneDrive for Business and SharePoint. That work is on the roadmap, so for now the flow is manual: download the Office file, convert it on Novitora, then upload the result back to your Microsoft storage. Novitora is free and needs no account. It converts DOCX to PDF, XLSX to CSV, PPTX to images or PDF, and 581 pairs in total, with files up to 100 MB each and up to 10 files per batch. Uploads use encrypted connections, processing runs in the EU (Frankfurt), and files are deleted within 2 hours. If a Microsoft 365 add-in fits your team, ask for early access on the contact page.

Can I convert Microsoft 365 files today?
Yes, with a manual step. Download the DOCX, XLSX, or PPTX file, convert it on Novitora, then save the result back to OneDrive or SharePoint. A direct add-in is on the roadmap.
Is there a Novitora add-in in the Microsoft store?
Not yet. The add-in is planned but not published, so you will not find Novitora in AppSource or the Office add-in store today.
Will formatting be preserved?
Novitora keeps layout and styling as close as possible when converting Office files to PDF and other formats. Complex documents may shift slightly, as with any converter.
Do I need an account?
No. Novitora is free with no signup. Files are processed over encrypted connections in the EU (Frankfurt) and deleted within 2 hours.
How do I get notified when the add-in launches?
