Every conversion works the same way. Pick the converter that matches your formats, add your file, and download the finished file.
Open the converter for your formats. Browse pairs from the homepage or a tool hub like image tools or document tools.
Add your file. Drag it onto the page, click to browse, or paste a link for URL captures.
Start the conversion, wait a few seconds, and download the result.
Novitora is free and needs no account. Open a converter, add a file, and go.
Convert several files at once
Most converters accept a batch. Add up to 10 files in one go and download them together as a zip. Each file still counts against the per-file size limit.
File size and batch limits
Up to 100 MB per file.

Larger files take longer to process, and very large media can time out.
What happens to your files
Novitora processes files on servers in Frankfurt, inside the European Union. Uploads and downloads run over TLS. Files and their converted results are deleted automatically 2 hours after conversion.
Novitora follows SOC 2-aligned practices, with certification on the roadmap. Files are processed in the EU (Frankfurt) over TLS, which supports GDPR-aligned handling.
Interface language
The Novitora interface is in English: the converters, labels, and help text. Your files can be in any language, and the interface never changes their contents.
Tools beyond format conversion
Alongside format pairs, Novitora includes focused tools for common jobs:
PDF tools: merge, split, rotate, add a watermark, unlock, and extract pages.
OCR to pull text out of scanned PDFs.
Text to speech to turn text into an audio file.
Compression for images and PDFs, plus resizing and metadata removal.
Supported formats
Novitora covers hundreds of conversion pairs across images, documents, spreadsheets, presentations, audio, video, archives, ebooks, fonts, vector graphics, and 3D models. When a pair is live, it has its own page you can open directly.
Is there an API?
Not yet. Novitora is a web app today. A REST API for automated conversions is on the roadmap. See the API preview for what it will offer. There are no public endpoints, API keys, or SDKs to install right now.
