Downloading Your Converted Files
How to download and manage your converted files after processing.

When a conversion finishes, a download button appears so you can save the file to your device. Single files download directly, and batches can be downloaded together as a ZIP. Download links stay active for 2 hours, after which Novitora deletes the files from its servers.
Download options
- Single file: download the converted file directly
- ZIP archive: for a batch, download every file together as a ZIP
Link expiry
Download links work for 2 hours. After that, Novitora deletes your uploads and results automatically for your privacy.
If a download will not start
- Check your browser's download settings
- Turn off any download-blocking extensions
- Try a different browser
- Make sure you have enough free disk space
