Which documents and countries are supported?
Over 70 documents: passports and visas for the US, UK, EU/Schengen, India, China, Japan, Canada, Australia and many more, plus universal sizes like 35x45 mm and 2x2 inch for anything not listed. Each entry uses officially researched dimensions, head-height bands and background rules.
Will my photo be accepted?
We size and format the photo exactly to the official specification and run the same checks governments apply, head size, background, eyes, expression, tilt, lighting and sharpness. The report tells you transparently if anything needs a retake. Final acceptance always rests with the issuing authority, so fix any amber warnings before submitting.
How do I print the photo?
Download a print sheet (4x6 in, 10x15 cm or A4) and print it at any photo lab, drugstore kiosk or home printer at 100% scale, never "fit to page". The hairline guides show exactly where to cut. A 4x6 sheet fits six 35x45 mm or 2x2 inch photos, so one cheap print gives you spares.
Can I take the photo with my phone or webcam?
Yes. Choose "Use camera" and an on-screen oval guide helps you frame your head correctly. Stand in front of a plain wall in even daylight, hold the camera at eye level, and keep a neutral expression, the background is replaced automatically either way.
What happens to my photo after processing?
Your photo is processed automatically (no human sees it) and both the upload and the results are deleted from our servers within 2 hours. Download links stop working after that.
